A qualified yoga teacher, Tracy is also the creator of the innovative corporate wellbeing workshop ‘Yoga in the Boardroom.’ She frequently delivers wellbeing in the workplace and is the wellbeing expert on the Tellycast podcast.

In addition, Tracy is the director of the renowned Women in Film & TV Mentoring Scheme and runs a six-month programme in London annually for twenty women across the creative industries to push them to greater heights of career and confidence.
